Shane Casserly

Shane Casserly is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Dalata Hotel Group Plc, appointed in September 2024. He joined Dalata in March 2014 as Head of Strategy and Development, becoming Corporate Development Director in January 2020. Mr. Casserly has been instrumental in driving Dalata's expansion through strategic acquisitions and development activities across Ireland, the UK, and into Continental Europe. His extensive background includes serving as Head of Development at Jurys Doyle Hotel Group plc and holding senior positions with Ion Equity, Microsoft Europe, and Musgrave Group. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a graduate of University College Cork.
