Ainslie McLennan

Ainslie McLennan is the Managing Director and Head of UK Balanced Funds at Nuveen Real Estate, bringing over two decades of property industry expertise. Having joined Henderson Global Investors in 2002, she has accumulated extensive experience managing commercial property fund mandates across UK and European markets. McLennan is a qualified chartered surveyor and has been recognized as one of City A.M.'s 100 most influential women in 2016. She was also shortlisted for Investment Week's "Fund Manager of the Year" in 2017, and the Janus Henderson U.K. Property PAIF, which she runs, received the Portfolio Adviser Platinum Award in 2018.
