Michela Hancock is a Managing Director of Development for Greystar in the UK, where she is responsible for driving the company’s fully integrated development process. Michela oversees all project financing, amenity and unit planning, design, entitlements, construction, and lease-up efforts on high-density multifamily developments. She is also targeting a pipeline of Greystar projects for London and helping educate the market and local government about the benefits of multifamily housing.
