Biography

Bodo Hollung is the Managing Partner at LIP Invest, an investment house specializing in logistics real estate in Germany, which he co-founded in 2017. An experienced real estate economist (IRE|BS) and Sparkassenbetriebswirt, he possesses nearly two decades of expertise in initiating and managing logistics real estate funds for institutional investors. Before co-founding LIP Invest, he held significant leadership roles at RLI Investors, Garbe Industrial Real Estate, and WealthCap Munich. Under his guidance, LIP Invest grew to manage over 1.8 billion Euros in assets, establishing itself as a leading logistics investor in Germany. Hollung is also a Registered Valuer (RICS) and an active lecturer on logistics real estate at various universities.
