Biography
Pelayo Primo de Rivera Oriol is an Executive Partner at Kefren Capital Real Estate (KCRE) and Managing Director of the family office Kefren Capital (KC). He holds degrees in Law and Business Administration from ICADE E-3 and an MBA from The Wharton School. His career spans a decade in investment banking at Schroders and Citigroup. He co-founded and served as CEO of Norfin Inversiones Inmobiliarias from 2006 to 2012, where he led European fundraising, established a CNMV-regulated real estate fund manager, and focused on logistics assets in the Iberian Peninsula. At KCRE, he plays a pivotal role in real estate investment and asset management, contributing to significant transactions across Spain.
