Juraj Šaštinský
Biography
Juraj Šaštinský serves as Investment Director at PPF Real Estate, a prominent global developer and investor with a diverse portfolio across Europe and the US. He has been instrumental in PPF Real Estate's strategic expansion, notably spearheading the company's entry into the Romanian market through the acquisitions of Metropolis Center in 2016 and Crystal Tower in 2018. Currently, he is overseeing the development of "The Arc," a new 30,000 sqm Class-A office project in Bucharest, marking PPF Real Estate's first development in the Romanian capital. Prior to his current role, Juraj held positions as Project Director at Penta Investments and as Managing Director at Lordship, where he managed real estate development and asset management projects. His expertise lies in real estate acquisitions, development, and strategic asset management.
