Biography
Bikaram Singh Dosanjh is the Founder of Ableprop, a UK-based real estate investment company. In this role, he is responsible for the sourcing, analysis, and execution of acquisitions and disposals, overseeing all transaction stages from origination to asset management. With over 15 years of experience, Bikaram previously served as an equity derivatives trader at KBC Alternative Investment Management (AIM) and as a junior trader with Mako Global. He holds an Economics and Politics BSc from the University of Bath.

Ableprop
Ableprop is a London-based private property investment and development firm focused on value-add and opportunistic real estate projects. They acquire and manage assets and land across London through planning, refurbishment, development, and tenure renegotiation. Founded by Bikaram S. Dosanjh, they use a hands-on approach and a vast network to find acquisitions outside traditional channels. In 2020, they launched My Best Move, a home buying entity, and recently acquired Harlequin Business Park.
