James Howell
Biography
James Howell is Director, Property Analysts at pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG, a position he has held since the bank's renaming in August 2009. He brings an extensive background in property analysis and valuation, gained from significant experience across the real estate sector. Prior to his current role, James held similar positions at Hypo Real Estate Bank and Hypo Real Estate Bank International. His career also includes serving as Head of Valuation for Italy at Cushman & Wakefield and Managing Director of Knight Frank Uganda. He holds a BLE (Hons) in Land Economy from the University of Aberdeen and a HypZert (MLV) in Mortgage Lending Valuation - Real Estate.
