Philip C. Sauer is a real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in European Real Estate transaction. He holds a Master in Real Estate Investment & Finance from the European Business School in Germany. He currently is a Board Member of the 85 year-old Real Estate Developer 'Sauer Real Estate' (www.sauer1936.com). He furthermore is the founder of the Coliving brand PHNX (www.phnx.me) in addition to acting as Managing Director Real Estate & Hotels at Mabel Capital.
