With over 30 years of experience, Bienes y Bienes has significantly contributed to urban development, having constructed more than 30,000 homes, 500 commercial spaces, and numerous hotels. Londoño has been instrumental in the company's integrated approach, overseeing all stages from land acquisition and design to construction, marketing, and post-sales service.
