Andreas Schaefer is a Director – Real Estate Finance at M&G Real Estate UK. Joining in 2011, he has over a decade of experience in real estate finance, specializing in origination, structuring, and execution of senior, junior, and whole loan positions. He has significantly contributed to expanding European origination efforts, transacting over €1bn across Germany, France, Ireland, and Italy. He is a CFA charterholder.
