Emma Prichard-Selby

Emma is Residential Development Director for Westfield Europe Ltd. She is responsible for preparing strategy and delivering a portfolio of over 3,500 homes on land surrounding Westfield’s Retail Interests in Europe. Prior to joining Westfield Emma worked for Berkeley Homes, where she was head of Pre-Construction Development working on some of London’s Major residential schemes and Grosvenor where she ran multiple projects from major town centre regeneration schemes, to luxury residential and hotel developments. Emma has extensive experience in the fields of complex mixed use regeneration and large scale residential development. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a first class degree in Urban Land Economics.
