Kris has over 20 years’ experience as an investment professional. After 15 years in senior positions at various investment banks in the City of London, where he successfully executed a wide range of investment solutions and strategic deals for his clients, he founded Optimus Global Investors. Optimus, with its global customer base, sources and advices on real estate investment opportunities in Spain. Kris is also Investment Manager at Optimus Investments, which specializes in acquiring and developing undervalued, small-mid size centrally-located residential buildings in Madrid. Kris speaks 6 languages, holds degrees in International Business and Economics and is a Financial Conduct Authority UK qualified Investment Advisor.
