Biography
Pablo Alvarez-Rendueles is Head of Origination Spain and Portugal, Real Estate Coverage at ING, based in Madrid. Pablo, who has over 16 years work experience in real estate and banking, started his career working for GE Capital Real Estate in Madrid and London, prior to moving into Banking in 2006 with Royal Bank of Scotland, later moving Unibail Rodamco, pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, prior to joining ING in 2015. He focuses on origination, execution and portfolio management of domestic and cross-border structured real estate finance in Spain and Portugal.
