Mr. Ricardo Pumar Lopez serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of Inmobiliaria del Sur, SA. He has been on the Company's Board since December 2, 2005. He acts as Chairman of the Company's Strategy and Investments Committee. Previously, he served as Member of Nominating and Remuneration Committee of Inmobiliaria del Sur SA. He has also been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hacienda La Cartuja SA, Eliosena SA and Innovacion en Desarrollos Urbanos del Sur SA, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mosaico Desarrollos Inmobiliarios SA and Urbanismo Concertado SA, and Member of the Board of Directors of Lusandal - Sociedad Inmobiliaria SA.
