A qualified accountant and Cambridge graduate, Sachdev transitioned from a successful career as a derivatives trader at Lehman Brothers to spearhead Shiva Hotels' growth. Under his leadership, the company has built a significant portfolio, including over 2,000 bedrooms across London, encompassing both established franchises and a growing collection of luxury unbranded hotels like The Guardsman, Middle Eight, and The BoTree. Sachdev's expertise in strategic site acquisition, development, and astute hotel management has been pivotal to Shiva Hotels' success and expansion in the luxury hospitality sector.
