Gabriele Magotti

Gabriele Magotti has over 23 years of experience in real estate private equity, with a focus on investment and asset management across Southern Europe. He joined Invel Real Estate in June 2024 as Chief Investment Officer. Gabriele began his career in 2003 at J.P. Morgan, as part of the Real Estate Investment Banking team. In 2005, he moved into private equity real estate at Deutsche Bank’s RREEF, where he served as Head of Acquisitions Italy and later as Head of Southern Europe. While at RREEF, he led landmark transactions such as the acquisition of Rinascente, Italy’s leading department store chain, and the sale and leaseback of Enel’s real estate portfolio, one of the largest corporate real estate transactions in the country. In 2014, Gabriele joined H.I.G. Capital as Head of Italy and subsequently took on the role of Head of European Asset Management.
