Grégory Frapet
Biography
Grégory Frapet is Chairman of the Management Board of Primonial REIM France. He has more than 15 years’ experience in collective and residential real estate and more specifically has proven expertise in all aspects of collective real estate vehicles, from the creation of funds to the management of SCPIs (real estate investment partnerships), and the selecting of real estate assets. Within the Primonial Group, he has taken charge of the Real Estate Division’s organisation and strategy, from the selecting of products to the after-sales services for these products. He participated in the creation of Primonial REIM in 2011, of which he was the Chief Executive Officer and then Chairman of the Management Board.
