Paul Bacon

Paul Bacon has been operating in the real estate market for 30 years, both as an advisor and investor. He forged his career in the firm of Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield), the largest privately owned real estate services provider in the world, founded in 1917, with 250 offices in 60 countries and 16,000 employees. He was appointed Senior Partner and CEO of Cushman & Wakefield EMEA in 2007 and chaired the country boards in the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Russia. He left the firm in December 2012 and in 2014 set up BCN Capital Partners, based in Milan. BCN has agreed a Euro 100 million joint venture with the Baupost Group to invest in Italian real estate.
