Biography
Co-founder of Kervis Asset Management in 2011, leading Italian Real Estate Investing Platform. Over the last years has led the acquisition and disposal of assets in excess of €1,5Bn and currently coordinates a team of 20 professionals in Milan. Member of advisory board of several real estate funds and Board Member of Casavo (Leading Real Estate I-Buyer in Italy). Previously Managing Director in Morgan Stanley, Head of European Real Estate Investing and Member of Global Investment Committee. Formerly Head of Italy for MS Real Estate Investing, a platform that reached over €10 Bn of AuM. Marco started his career in London as analyst in Morgan Stanley Investment Banking. Holds an engineering degree cum laude from Politecnico di Milano.
