Nick Montgomery is the Global Head of Real Estate at Schroders Capital, overseeing the firm's global real estate investment strategy. He has been with Schroders for 12 years, previously serving as Head of UK Real Estate. During his tenure, Montgomery has driven significant growth, secured new mandates, and launched Schroders Capital's Real Estate Impact Fund, which received the FCA's 'Sustainability Impact' label. He is recognized for delivering strong client outperformance across diverse strategies, including the UK listed Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust. Montgomery leads a global team managing over $27.9 billion in real estate assets across 16 markets.
