Allan Lockhart

Allan Lockhart is the CEO of NewRiver Retail Ltd. With over 35 years of experience in the UK retail real estate market, he co-founded NewRiver in 2009. He began his career at Strutt & Parker in 1988 and later served as Retail Director at Halladale Plc. Appointed CEO in May 2018, Lockhart previously served as Property Director, overseeing the company's acquisition and asset management activities. Under his leadership, NewRiver has achieved significant operational successes, including a record 98% occupancy rate and a return to profit. He also chairs the British Property Federation.
