Stefan Mohr
Biography
Stefan Mohr is a Partner and Head of Corporate Transactions at Activum SG Advisory, where he also serves as an Investment Committee member. He joined Activum SG in 2012, bringing extensive expertise in M&A and corporate investments. Previously, he was Head of M&A and Corporate Investments at HSH Nordbank AG and led the Financial Institutions M&A business at Sal. Oppenheim. His career includes over fourteen years as an M&A advisor for leading European financial institutions, private equity houses, and real estate investors, with earlier roles at Bankhaus Metzler and PwC. Stefan holds a diploma in Economics from Albert-Ludwig University in Freiburg and an MS in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
