David O’Donnell
Biography
David O’Donnell is Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of O’Donnell. O’Donnell is focused on developing logistics industrial buildings, in-fill, last-mile, in major markets throughout Mexico. Since 1994, O’Donnell has developed and acquired approximately 13.6 million square feet of industrial properties, in 9 markets throughout Mexico, investing $900 MM, in joint ventures with AIG and Prudential and through its publicity listed fund (CKD), O’Donnell Capital Management (ODOCK18). O’Donnell is presently raising it third fund totaling $300 MM. Mr. O'Donnell is a Board Member of the American Chamber an AMPIP, is a past Trustee of ULI, is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley and is originally from Newport Beach, CA.
