Ciaran McNamara
Biography
Ciaran is Managing Director of, and co-founded Signature Capital with Enda Woods in 2004. He was previously a director of Investec Bank Ltd. and Gandon Capital Markets plc, and has more than 25 years experience in Real Estate Investment and investment banking. Ciaran is a Civil/Structural Engineering Honours Graduate of University College Dublin. Signature Capital, with offices in Dublin, Berlin and Luxemburg, has €1.5bn of AUM with c80% German based. The company has also successfully invested in Ireland, the UK and Boston. Signature co-invests and JVs with Funds, institutions and family offices in both investment and development transactions, predominantly in Office, Residential and Retail Asset classes.
