Olle van Alphen

Olle Van Alphen studied business economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. In 1999 he began his career in the real estate division of JPMorgan in London. At JPMorgan, Mr. Van Alphen was responsible for a large number of real estate transactions throughout Europe. In 2005, Mr. Van Alphen returned to the Netherlands to work for ABN Amro as Head of Real Estate Structured Finance. From 2006 to 2009, he worked at HSH Nordbank as a Head of HSH Asset Management. Since 2009 Olle van Alphen has worked as part of the Management Boar at ARC Real Estate Partners, formerly known as Annexum Internacional.
