Radu Boitan

Radu Boitan is a Senior Partner Head of Investment at Revetas Capital, where he has contributed since joining the firm in 2013. A distinguished FRICS Chartered Surveyor, he brings over 30 years of extensive experience in real estate investment, valuation, and property agency across Central and Eastern Europe. His expertise spans investment and asset management strategy, equity and debt financing, and the execution of large-scale transactions. Previously, Radu served as Head of Capital Markets for JLL Romania and was a founding Managing Director of King Sturge Romania. At Revetas, he has played a pivotal role in significant projects, including the repositioning of Vitantis Shopping Center and the acquisition of a major Bucharest hotel portfolio. He also held the position of Chairman of the Romanian board of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for two consecutive mandates.
