Jan Krizan
Biography
Over the past 15 years, Jan led the international expansion of NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT, a Canadian real estate investment trust specialized in healthcare, and set up its European operation from the ground up. Jan is widely recognized by his peers for his ability to construct and execute complex M&A and strategic transactions to drive stakeholder value. Jan has demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of operating businesses as a Principal at Permira and in private equity investments in Canada through Bingley Capital. He is an experienced financial professional having been a Managing Director at UBS Investment Banking, where he led the industrials group in London.
