Andreu Cors

Andreu Cors is the Managing Partner at Gava Capital, a Mexican venture capital fund specializing in real estate development. As a co-founder, he has been instrumental in positioning Gava Capital as a "developer of developers," providing venture capital for residential, mixed-use, and industrial projects across Mexico. With over 12 years of experience, Gava Capital has invested in 50 projects, committing approximately 5 billion pesos of capital. Prior to co-founding Gava Capital, Mr. Cors gained valuable financial and consulting experience, including a tenure at JP Morgan and as a consultant at McKinsey, with international assignments in Boston, Sao Paulo, and Madrid. He continues to drive Gava Capital's growth, including launching new funds focused on housing, industrial markets, and short-term rentals, and exploring Proptech investments.

Andreu es Socio Director en Gava Capital. Inició Gava y por los últimos 7 años ha dirigido la estrategia de la organización y liderado múltiples adquisiciones y desarrollos inmobiliarios en México y Estados Unidos en los sectores de oficinas, vivienda e industrial. Antes de Gava fue Associate Principal en McKinsey & Company en las oficinas de Madrid y México. Trabajó en McKinsey por 5 años asesorando empresas en temas estratégicos en Europa y Latinoamérica. Antes de McKinsey, fue Analista Financiero en JP Morgan en Nueva York en el área de Banca de Inversión. Cuenta con Maestría en Administración (MBA) por el MIT Sloan School of Management y es Ingeniero Industrial y de Sistemas egresado del Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores
