José Garza Treviño

José María Garza Treviño is the President & CEO of Grupo GP, a leading real estate developer in northeast Mexico. With over 35 years of experience in domestic and international real estate development, he has been instrumental in the management and execution of 60 million square feet of construction since 1986, encompassing industrial, commercial, and real estate development projects. Garza Treviño holds an undergraduate degree (1977) and an MBA (1980) from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Under his leadership, Grupo GP has diversified into six business units, including construction and property management, and has completed significant projects like the Puente de la Unidad and parts of the Monterrey subway system. He has successfully steered the company through economic challenges, focusing on industrial real estate for sectors like automotive.
