Biography
Benjamin K. Y. Lee is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Phoenix Property Investors, a leading private equity real estate firm he co-founded in 2002. With over 35 years of experience in real estate, capital markets, and asset management, he serves on the firm's Investment Committee, overseeing structuring, capital formation, and general management. Previously, he co-founded Strategic Capital Management and spent a decade at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Lee holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
