Paul Oremus
Biography
Paul Oremus is the Country Manager Netherlands and Fund Manager for the CBRE Dutch Residential Fund at CBRE Investment Management. An experienced professional with over 25 years in real estate, he joined the firm in 1998. He progressed through various roles, including CFO/COO Netherlands, before being appointed Country Manager in 2013 and Fund Manager for the Dutch platform in 2014. He also manages the CBRE European Residential Impact Fund, focusing on sustainable and impact investing. Under his leadership, the Dutch Residential Fund grew from €1.1 billion AUM in 2014 to €3.0 billion in 2022, achieving a 12.7% p.a. net total return. Paul is a Registered Qualified Controller and actively contributes to the Dutch Association of real estate investors (IVBN), where he serves as Chairman of the Research and Sustainability Committee.
