Biography
Bernhard Karas serves as the Head of Private Capital Markets at CapitaLand Investment. Joining in 2020, he is responsible for leading the firm's private funds product development and global capital raising efforts, focusing on growing CapitaLand Investment's client base and securing capital for its private equity real assets platform across Europe and the Middle East. With 24 years of financial services experience, he has advised major real estate companies and fund managers on private equity vehicle formation and raising over US$10 billion in capital from global institutional investors. His prior roles include leadership positions at DWS Group and Cushman & Wakefield.
