Biography

Norman Zegarra Ruffner serves as the Project Director at ProInversión - Agencia de Promoción de la Inversión Privada, a role he commenced on December 29, 2023. He oversees significant infrastructure initiatives, including the "Longitudinal de la Sierra Tramo 4" and the "Proyecto Turístico Teleférico Centro Histórico de Lima – Cerro San Cristóbal". Previously, Mr. Zegarra Ruffner held positions such as Head of Hydrocarbons Projects (acting) at the same agency and served as an Investment Projects Advisor at Carrizales & Vidal Abogados Sociedad Civil. He actively participates in promoting Peruvian investment opportunities in the transportation sector to international investors.
