Felipe Morales es el CEO de Empresas Marítimas Oxxean, empresa líder en el sector en Chile. Con una sólida trayectoria, se ha desempeñado como Director Ejecutivo y Gerente General de Puerto Chincui, así como Gerente de Desarrollo de Negocios. Su liderazgo ha sido clave en la gestión y expansión de proyectos importantes, como la inversión en Puerto Chincui, y ha representado a la compañía en foros empresariales y convenciones internacionales. También ha gestionado aspectos regulatorios como Representante Legal de Oxxean.

Empresas Maritimas Oxxean was founded in 1973 by the brothers Jorge and Ivar Pacheco with the aim of providing salvage, diving, underwater inspections, refloating of boats and civil works. Today is a group of companies that provide Maritime, Port and Logistics Services in Chilean Patagonia, with high standards of safety and care for the environment. The group companies are Oxxean Maritime Works, Oxxean Piers Puerto Montt and Chacabuco, Chincui International Port, Logistic Center and Oxxean Marin
