Ash Baraghoush

Ash Baraghoush is a seasoned finance professional specializing in multifamily and real estate investment. He currently serves as Senior Managing Director of Structured Finance at TruAmerica Multifamily, a position he has held since 2025. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director at Pacific Urban Investors from 2015 to 2024, an entity formed partly from the merger with Hanover Real Estate Investors. His career also includes experience as Vice President at Ares Management. Ash holds a bachelor's degree from UCLA.
