Biography
Víctor obtained a Computer Science Engineer degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He received his MBA from ICADE University. He started to work in GAS NATURAL FENOSA and in 2002 he moved to Bogota, where GNF was the main stakeholder in two companies Electricaribe and EPSA. Mr. Cruz became GNF LATAM Regional Manager. He also was CEO of Odinsa, the biggest Colombian infrastructure company. In 2016 Mr. Cruz joined with Mexico Infrastructure Partners and Skandia Group in order to open a Private Equity Fund for Infrastructure in Colombia. In December 2018 CIEF (Colombian Infrastructure Equity Fund) started its activities with 3 investors (Exi Latam, Skandia Pension Fund and FDN) and COP 360.000M. CIEF acquired Aeropuertos de Oriente.
