Biography

Tim Mooney is a Partner and Global Head of Real Estate. Tim is responsible for real estate investments across all markets, including the acquisition of non-performing loans, assets and real estate-related companies. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Based in London since 2007, he joined the firm in 2005. Prior to joining Värde, Tim was an attorney at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York where he was a member of the financial restructuring group. Tim earned a BSFS from Georgetown University, a J.D. from the University of Chicago and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
