Guilherme tem mais de 25 anos de experiência no setor hoteleiro no desenvolvimento de hotéis, análise de investimentos e negociação de contratos de Administração e Franquia, tendo participado no desenvolvimento de dezenas de hotéis em todo o Brasil e na América do Sul. Já atuou como Vice-Presidente de Desenvolvimento da Marriott International e, antes disso, como sócio da HVS International. Atualmente Guilherme é VP de Desenvolvimento da divisão de marcas Luxury & Lifestyle da Accor para América do Sul.
