Gregory Clerc

Managing Director of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Global Market division, based in London. Greg works in the Global Mortgages and Securitised Products Department focusing on the origination, structuring and heads the distribution of commercial real estate debt in Europe. Since joining Merrill Lynch in 2007, Greg worked on the mortgages sales and trading desk as well as in the Commercial Real Estate Finance group on a wide range of CRE debt deals from senior lending, opco-propco, mezzanine, public to private and hotel financings throughout Europe. Greg led landmark transactions in Europe like the €935m Coeur Defense financing in Paris for Lone Star and more recently the £1.25bn financing for 22 Bishopsgate in London.
