Blake Loveless
Biography
Blake is Managing Director in the Debt & Value-Add Investments team at LaSalle and serves as Head of Value-Add Investment and Fund Manager for the Special Situations programmes. His focus is on delivering attractive risk-adjusted returns in value-add real estate investments in Continental Europe and the UK across all property types. Blake has nearly 20 years’ experience in the European real estate private equity industry, having been involved in sourcing and actively managing c.€5bn of transactions across a range of property types and geographies, delivering attractive double-digit returns in excess of an 18% IRR.
