Kristin Gannon

Kristin Gannon is a Managing Director at Eastdil Secured, where she serves as global co-head of the Corporate Advisory and M&A Group. Joining the firm in August 2015, she is a seasoned investment banking professional and financial advisor with 25 years of experience in the global real estate industry. Ms. Gannon has transacted over $100 billion in real estate M&A, sale transactions, and various financings. Prior to Eastdil Secured, she held leadership roles at prestigious firms, including Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where she headed the Real Estate banking group in the western region, and Executive Director at Morgan Stanley as head of west coast real estate. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.
