Dr. Carl-Heinrich Kehr is a Senior Director, Equity Advisory, International Capital Markets EMEA at JLL, bringing over 20 years of extensive industry experience. Based in Frankfurt, he specializes in managing investor relationships and fundraising across diverse risk profiles and strategies for EMEA. Previously, he oversaw real estate investment strategy for a major German pension scheme and held positions at Mercer, advising institutional investors on asset allocation. Dr. Kehr leverages strong relationships with institutional investors across Europe, North America, and Asia, significantly contributing to JLL's equity placement capabilities and helping clients achieve their investment ambitions.
