Yaniv Melamud

Yaniv Melamud is the Founder and CEO of ALTO Real Estate Funds, a role he commenced in 2010. Under his leadership, ALTO specializes in acquiring and managing value-add commercial real estate, primarily income-producing retail and logistics properties in key U.S. markets. With over 15 years of market experience, ALTO has achieved a strong track record of successful investments, managing a portfolio of properties valued at over $1.5 billion. Previously, Mr. Melamud served as the Head of Private Equity at Harel Insurance Company Ltd., overseeing a multi-billion NIS portfolio. He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting.
