Tim Perry, Managing Partner North American Properties Atlanta, has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry specializing in Finance, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Asset Management, and Repositioning of Assets. A Partner at since 2009, Mr. Perry is responsible for all commercial activities including investment recommendations, capital relationships with equity and debt partners, assessment of acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, property management, and general development of mid-term real estate strategic objectives.
