Sunny Tsun

Sunny Tsun serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at GIC (Government of Singapore Investment Corporation), one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds. Based in Singapore, he leads real estate investment strategies and portfolio management for GIC's global property investments. With extensive experience in institutional real estate investing, Tsun oversees asset allocation decisions across diverse international markets. His role involves identifying strategic investment opportunities, managing risk, and driving value creation in GIC's substantial real estate holdings.
