Rodrigo Osmo

Rodrigo Osmo is the Diretor Presidente (CEO) of Construtora Tenda, a role he has held since November 2011. He is instrumental in driving the company's growth and operational efficiency, particularly within the affordable housing segment and the Minha Casa Minha Vida program. Osmo has also championed innovation, including the adoption of off-site construction methods to enhance productivity. His career prior to Tenda includes serving as CEO of Alphaville Urbanismo and holding significant positions at Gafisa, such as CFO and Business Development Officer. He also gained experience as a Consultant at Bain & Company and an Associate at GP Investments. Mr. Osmo holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
