Paul Finkbeiner
Biography
Paul oversees a global real estate platform that totals $28 billion in assets under management, in Canada, the U.S., U.K. and Ireland. He works closely with these four regional offices to expand Great-West LIFECO’s real estate business by attracting third-party investors and continuing to grow our existing client base. Previously, Paul was President of GWL Realty Advisors for 18 years. Under his leadership, Paul grew the company’s real estate portfolio from $800 million in Canada to $17 billion in Canada and the U.S. Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate Industry. He holds a Bachelor and a Master of Applied Science degree from Queen’s University and a Master of Business Administration degree from McGill University.
