Patriolino Dias de Sousa

Patriolino Dias de Sousa is the President of SINDUSCON-CE (Sindicato da Indústria da Construção Civil do Ceará), a position he has held since 2020. He also serves as Vice-President of the Brazilian Chamber of Construction Industry (CBIC) for the 2023-2026 term, marking a historic achievement for SINDUSCON-CE. Previously, as Executive Director of Dias de Sousa Construções for 25 years, he led the company to win the "Builder of the Year" award three consecutive times. A dedicated leader, he played a key role in developing the "Programa Entrada Moradia Ceará," a R$200 million initiative that has significantly contributed to reducing housing deficits and boosting the local economy. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Law, complemented by a postgraduate specialization in Business Management.
