Biography

Patricio Gutiérrez Tommasi is the Director of Operations at Artha Capital and CEO of Frontier Industrial, Artha's industrial platform in Mexico. With over 25 years of experience, he oversees the planning, development, and management of Artha Capital's industrial portfolio, including funds ARTHACK10 and ARTH4CK15. Prior to joining Artha Capital in 2010, he directed GICSA's shopping center division. A Civil Engineer from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Stanford University Master's graduate, Patricio is also an active member of ULI, AMPIP, ICSC, and SPIRE.
